A great design will add value to your house, create a space unique for you and save you the hassle of having to tackle planning permission. Our specialist Architects work closely with you and the local council to ensure planning application is approved. At Renovize Homes, we offer our customers the complete package. From the moment we meet, our specialist team can advise, design, manage, install and construct all home improvement projects. Over the last fifteen years, we have developed as a company from constructing and installing extensions and conversions to becoming a construction firm that offers solutions and advice from the beginning of the process until the end. We act as the A-Z of building work. And our in-house team of Architects and Architectural Designers are a pivotal part of the process.
For us, a building is not just bricks and mortar, it’s a versatile space that brings people together.

Designed by expert Architects and Designers, our buildings fulfil customer requirements with innovative and sustainable architectural designs. Our aim is to create buildings that contribute to their surroundings and we do this by researching and understanding the landscape and area where your property resides. Should you wish it, our Architect can go on the first site-visit alongside one of our sales representatives in order for you to discuss your budget and preferences. Other times, our Architects liaise with the appropriate parties, such as the Structural Engineers and Project Managers to design either a 2D or 3D drawing that incorporates both the local legislation and your preference. Our Architects use their local knowledge to edit and amend the drawing for planning approval, making the process as seamless as possible. They produce drawings using CAD software and work on the project from the drawing stage to the construction, ensuring it is faithful to the design. After the construction phase, the Architect inspects the project to ensure it matches the clients standard.
